 A WEST COAST GIRL THROUGH-AND-THROUGH,

Ashlee Graham is an alumna of the Mike Curb College of Art, Media and Communications program at California State University - Northridge. She is currently living and working in New York City as a Development Producer and Creative Consultant.

Prior to taking the leap into full-time freelancing, Ashlee worked as Supervising Producer at Viacom developing original social and digital content for BET Digital, addition to network tentpoles such as the BET Awards, Hip-Hop Awards and Black Girls Rock. During her time at Viacom, Ashlee help generate over 80M views and 2M subscribers with viral shows like #FindingBET, Glam Gap, Rate The Bars and I Talked To.

Early on in her career, Ashlee sharpened her development skills by creating branded content both domestically and internationally for brands VIBE, SPIN, Celebuzz and Idolator. No stranger to field producing, Ashlee polished her chops at live events such as American festival staples SXSW, Lollapalooza and Coachella. Her penchant for storytelling and strong understanding of audience preference has also led her to produce documentaries on Meek Mill, Nas, the 1996 Olympic Dream Team and Olympic 100m Champion Justin Gatlin.

With 10+ years of experience writing and producing digital content and 7+ years of production management, Ashlee is a universal talent and an integral part of the production process from conception to completion. Her work can also be seen on brands like HBOMax, Color of Change, FOX, MTV, Atlantic Records, Epic Records, The Recording Academy, Samsung, Coca-Cola, Hilton, Sonos, Stoli, Chevrolet, McDonald’s, Footlocker, Hard Rock Hotels, Bacardi Rum and more.

At this stage of her journey, Ashlee is currently seeking opportunities that allow her to continue to grow, albeit through a new role and/or audience. Ashlee would be an extremely useful addition to a team that is innovative, driven and excited to pour into the ever-evolving digital media space. She is also available for freelance development and producing, as well as speaking engagements and panels.
